Bulls getting healthy, Looking at free agents?

Kirk Hinrich-Day to day with the sprained thumb, it’s uncertain if Hinrich will be available for Monday’s game against the Milwaukee Bucks.

Tyrus Thomas-Tyrus will probably take about two more weeks before he’s on the mend. Right now Tyrus is making friends with treadmills and stationary bikes to get ready for his return. His energy and live body is missed.

Aaron Gray made his return Thursday although he only played a few minutes. Gray isn’t a game breaker, but his size is welcomed.

Gar Foreman reaching out to free agents?

Gar Foreman spoke to reporters in regards to scooping a free agent. ‘‘That’s something we’re continuing to look at, adding another player,” Forman said. ”We’re not gonna do anything as of right now, but it’s something we may do as we move forward.”

Well Mr. Foreman, how long do you plan to watch the team struggle offensively?

Let’s identify our options..

Rashad McCants-Probably the best solution for offensive woes,  as McCants is a flat out killer from the three point line, but he’s a notoriously difficult player who may command too much dollar.

Allen Iverson-Call me nuts, but I don’t go near him. The Bulls need efficient outside shooting, not a mid range volume shooter who thinks he’ll be a starter until he’s 50 years old.

Morris Almond-This kid can definitely shoot, but it’s all the other areas that concern you. A guy doesn’t sit at the end of a bench in Utah for no reason. He’s worth a look but he has to work on being a serviceable defender.

Jerry Stackhouse-You’ve got to trust your scouts, take a long look and see where he’s at. My money? Half way out on the retirement line..

Gar Foreman will feel out the market for Kirk Hinrich, but his defensive strengths are too important to this club. If the right deal comes along I can see Hinrich going, but I honestly don’t see Gar Foreman getting that offer.
